Having run small businesses since 1994, Shelley started her Finance career as a Cadet Accountant in a Private Accounting Practice before venturing into her own bookkeeping business in 2001 which continues to this day. Her recent role as Queensland Company Accountant for a National Courier business has given her real world exposure to tough financial decisions, major restructuring, forecasting and audit. Shelley is a member of Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) and is a registered BAS Agent with the Tax Practitioners Board.  She is also a Xero certified Partner. 

Shelley brings to Transcend Accounting extensive commercial finance experience and is a keen advocate for helping clients take the leap from a paper systems to a streamlined automated accounting system such as Xero.
